My name is Yiorgos Garavellos as well known as Santoner Rpz dj because of my DJ identity. I was born and raised in Athens, at the Neos Kosmos hood where I still live with my family and two dogs. In the mornings I work on trains and in the afternoons I hover in the city.
So let's talk about tattoos. I did my first tattoo in 2002 when I completed my army service. My acquaintance with the magic world of tattooing was a big moment in my life! In my neighborhood and amongst my friends, to be marked back then, gave you a prestige and it was some type of rebellion against the family and the world that always talks... From then until today, I often get tattooed something on me that will accompany me forever. I like the simple tattoos as far as concept and visualization is concerned. Drawings and letters are engraved on my body that beautify and strengthen my soul.

My first is on my belly, the word “faith” and the last one is a diamond on my index of my right hand.

I love them all the same.

I admire Antonis from Inkey for his amazing line and Karderina from Circus Tattoo for her persistence and development as a tattoo artist day by day.
Which tattoo style do you like best?
Simple tattoos. Line, design, end. απλά τατουάζ.
Do you regret getting any of your tattoos, if so why?
For none of them.
Have you done a cover up and if so what exactly?
I have covered some tattoos up, but not because I didn’t like them. Just for the change.
Have tattoos affected your life? If so, in what way?
They have made it more special and more painted!
Do you have an activity of yours that you would like to mention?
Yeah, I visit the record shops of Athens, discover music and “serve” it to my friends.
