George Freddy

People - Issue 15

Being a kid and a pupil several years ago, I used to go to school with marker's drawings on my hand all the time. As a result I made an impression to my classmates who were staring at me speechless saying "wow he has tattoo"... Fake or real ones, they were all creations of my brother Tasos, who later became the tattoo artist at Freddy Tattoo.

His evolution in the world of art was fast and great - both in tattoo as well as in painting. Observing him evolve, I wanted him to fill me up with tattoos from top to bottom. Since 2011 that he opened his first tattoo studio at the center of Kilkis, he took me along and I started studying Photoshop and creating unique pieces that have been tattooed on many of our clients. In the near future I am also going to undertake the studio's Body Piercings.

Tattoo is a part of my daily life, just like music, since I am big fan of Hardcore – Metalcore scene. I always study works of other artists and create projects in my own way and style.

What I want to emphasize is that people have yet many things to learn when it comes to tattoo. Customers should look around for themselves and be certain before getting tattooed. Furthermore, I do not like when someone criticizes negatively a tattoo. Everyone has his own way of consideration about what is beautiful... He doesn't do it for you, but for himself.
